SR&A represents international and national manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in an array of product liability lawsuits and claims. We defend car manufacturers, industrial equipment manufacturers, and manufacturers and vendors of sports and recreational equipment and apparel. Our product liability experience also extends to the defense of medical and dental device manufacturers, a food supplement retailer, and the defense of food adulteration claims.

By drawing upon our extensive knowledge of the design and manufacturing processes and considerations of a wide range of products, along with an in-depth knowledge of the prevailing law, we are able to provide our clients with an efficient and cost effective approach to the resolution of a matter.

Our extensive background in defending, through trial and appeal, high exposure product liability matters has enabled us to develop a network of renowned technical experts upon whom we can rely for product analysis and expert witness testimony. Through a partnering relationship with our clients and outside consultants, we are able to defend the product's integrity and present the client's story in a sound and favorable light.

One of our founding partners, Howard Strongin, whose practice is substantially devoted to the defense of product liability matters, serves as regional defense counsel to Fortune 500 product manufacturers in the sports equipment/recreational product and machinery fields. He also provides product liability advisory services to an international forklift manufacturer. Howard is an active member in the Industrial Truck Association, an industrial equipment trade group, and he has published in the product liability and technology fields.
